Palestine: apart from the fact that one cannot recognize something that does not exist (one can wish for it, one can demand it), when has a state ever been recognized that has taken more than 200 hostages from another—actually existing—state and that has enshrined the annihilation of that other state in its “constitution”? There is nothing more absurd that is currently permitted on the world stage.
